We believe that Customer Service is a primary part of our mission.  And we think we do a great job for our customers.  But we decided we should test our results and see if our customers agree with us.  To find out if we succeeded, Rieger Homes worked with GuildQuality, an independent, unbiased customer surveying company, to survey our customers and gather feedback.  We are gratified that our customers agree with us.  We always strive to improve, but are proud of how well we have done.  Here are some of the comments GuildQuality has received.

I am most satisfied with the home efficiency as far as utility costs and usage. It’s unbelievable how efficient the home is. They were responsive if we ever had an issue or question and worked with us to figure out a compromise that everyone was comfortable with. It’s more like a family than a business.
